What we offer:

Our wrap-around care is led by experienced Teaching Assistants, offering flexible and reliable out of-school-hours care for pupils aged 3-11 years during term-time.

As well as peace of mind, our care gives you:

• The reassurance of an Ofsted inspected establishment within our safe and happy environment.
• Staff who are First Aid trained and fully DBS checked.
• A wide range of fun activities to suit all ages and interests, including games, arts, crafts and outdoor play.
• Quality childcare supervised by experienced and friendly staff in a well-resourced learning environment.

From 7 January 2025, we are making some changes to our wrap-around care pricing structure;

 

Breakfast Club

• 7.30 - 8.30am £3.60 (includes food until 8am)*
• 8.00 - 8.30am £2.50 (no food)

*Children will be provided with a healthy breakfast consisting of juice, toast or a choice of cereals

It would be appreciated if you can give plenty of notice when booking your child in. Booking forms are available on the school website and from our main office.

However, we do appreciate that there are times when last minute bookings need to be made and we will try to facilitate such bookings where possible. Please contact our school office in this instance.

 

Afterschool Club

• 3.10 - 4.00pm £5.00
• 3.10 – 4.30pm £7.50 (includes a light tea)*
• 3.10 - 5.30pm £10.50 (includes a light tea)*

*Children will be provided with a light tea, such as soup, pasta, sandwiches, cheese on toast, etc, a drink and a biscuit.

Wraparound Care: Terms & Conditions:

• Children attending wraparound care must abide by the school’s behaviour policy and may lose their place if not. This is for everyone’s safety.
• Fees must be paid promptly. Failure to do so will mean childcare will be withdrawn until full payment is received.
• Our preferred method of payment is online via School Money. If you are unable to pay in this way, please contact Finance@woodside.shropshire.sch.uk to discuss alternative methods of payment.
• Late collection after 5.30pm will result in an additional charge of £5 for every 15 minutes late.
• You must notify us if your child is not attending a pre-booked session.
• No refunds will be given for missed sessions unless this is due to a school trip or emergency closure.
• We require a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice to cancel or amend long-term bookings. You will be charged for any unattended sessions if the notice period has not been adhered to.
